I Talk A LOT About Super Bowl. Yes.
4:00 p.m. on February 08, 2010

Hello! How are you all doing? I am doing okay.

Shoe shopping sucked and I only went to two places. No results. Just pissyness. I think I might go to Kohl’s. They got good shoes. I checked the website. Missed the beginning of the Puppy Bowl, but that’s okay. Didn’t really watch it, anyways. I would look at it for a bit. My dog actually would pay attention for a bit. I was like, “Where are the puppies?” He would look at me and look around. But dear God, the PUPPIES WERE CUTEE!!!

Yesterday when I began the day, I rooted for both the Colts and the Saints, because I do that. I rooted for the Colts because of douche-y reasons, because when it’s a North-ish place and it’s versus a place that was kind of in the Confederacy, I root for the North. Why I didn't mention this on Saturday when I wrote something about my pick for the SB? Because I knew then that it was douche-y.

But, then I got un-douche-y and decided to root for the Saints, because as I’ve said, they deserve a little happiness after Katrina was a bitch. Emotionally, I want the Saints to win because they deserve that little bit of happiness and CAN YOU IMAGINE THE WILD TIMES COME MARDI GRAS?! And rooting for the Colts because they have a Manning on the team? I literally couldn’t choose.

Yeah, by the time the actual Super Bowl was on, I was rooting for both I suppose. I love that I care about football for one day a year. I don’t have the dedication for more than that.

I watched most of the game. I missed the start. I went to go shower. Not like anybody was scoring. Though, I did do other things. Studying (lol, yeah, not much), Tweeting, Facebooking. I think I changed my FB status the most times ever. Usually I just don’t mess with it and leave it blank.

My least favourite commercial was the Focus on the Family ad. And, yes, because of the organization. I thought the commercial itself was okay (I loved-hated the tackling mom thing), but the organization, no no. I think they’re a horrible, horrible group that hates gay people (check the Wikipedia Page! I do not support or like groups that are like that.

I would be just as pissed if it there was a Pepsi commercial during. Neither has a place in football. Especially since football is kinda gay when you really think about it. I mean, a bunch of dudes falling all over each other and jumping on each other?! I fucking love this game. I can think of a few ways to make it even more gay. ;)

I just can’t watch more than a game a year. I wish I knew more of these players than the Mannings and the QB for the Denver Broncos. Is Jay Cutler still on the team?

I was very happy with the Betty White Snickers commercial (though, seriously, I hope they didn’t hurt her, she’s like 80!) and the Coca-Cola Simpsons commercial. “YOU’RE PLAYING LIKE BETTY WHITE OUT THERE!” “That’s not what your girlfriend said!” And plus that fucking bad ass Doritos commercial with the little kid, "Keep your hands off my mama; keep your hands off my Doritos." That kid slapped him! AWESOME! You can see some here. This was me when they advertised the Harry Potter theme park. OH MY GOD, HARRY POTTER. I WANNA GO. All the Coca-Cola commercials were automatically awesome because they were by C-C. And C-C has some of the best sodas. I try to have one at day when I’m at school.

Also, HOLY SHIT I WANNA SEE ROBIN HOOD.

Yes, I was incredibly happy that New Orleans won. 31-17. Awesome. Like ridiculously happy. Because honestly, I really just wanted them to win. They deserved it. Give them a bit of cheer. I just wouldn’t make a definite stance on FB. I don't think. I'm sure at some point, I was. I wish I could go to Mardi Gras. Congrats, New Orleans!

I might actually watch the Super Bowl each year. I actually enjoyed it.

And add another thing to break Twitter, the Motherfucking Super Bowl! It was overcapacity a few times. I love Twitter.

I spent about five bucks (just over) on Ebay this morning for the Sports Illustrated Issue with Colbert on the cover. LOL.

After the game, I watched South Park because it was on Comedy Central. Major Boobage and Make Love, Not Warcraft. I was so into it, it was AMAZING. It was awesome. I was so enjoyable. I actually wrote a little for fun whilst doing it.

I did get to do some research for both Anthro (earlier today) and Brit Lit (yesterday). Yay.

Fitness Walking. Test. It was like 25 questions. I finished in TEN minutes. Ish. It was that easy. We had to BYOS, Bring your own scantron. I actually gave a couple to other people in the class. I normally don't do that because I expect people over 18 to have their supplies, but a lot of Professors here actually supply the scantrons. I bought a small amount of scantrons in my Freshman year and STILL have a bunch. Anyways, easy.

Afterwards, I read and did some research. Yup. I finally chose my topic for Anthro project 1. Yay.

Health Psych. Me and a few people were discussing tanning booth deaths in horror movies. The chapter we're reading about right now is about risk behaviors. We started with smoking but on Wednesday, it'll be about tanning.

I had lunch and was in the library for a bit. I actually used the computers over in this little corner away from most of them. Alex, the guy I knew in EWH last semester; myself, and a couple of others were over there. One of the guy was a Troper. Yes! I met an actual fellow TV Troper!

History and Systems. More background and whatnot. We started to talk about James Mill, who's like the father of Jon Stewart John Stuart Mill. It's so much philosophy and biology. Oh, psychology and your early background. Good times.

Anyways, I'm mostly chilling right now. I hope at least a book or a dvd I've ordered in the last week comes soon. I want something new. Have a lovely day.

Thought/Quote of the day: "I don't take drugs and worship Satan. That's a lie."
