Guilty Pleasures

Playing with my hair, biting my nails, pulling my hair, chewing with my mouth open
What is the worst one? The one you're most addicted to.
It's a tie with Pulling my hair and biting my nails
If you know that it is bad (since you can call it "bad"), why you still keep or do it?
Because it's hard not to pull my hair or bite my nails.
Has anyone advised or reminded you to get rid of that bad habit or addiction? If so, how did you react?
Yes, with the pulling hair.

Pulling my hair: about 4 years Biting my nails: half of my life, prolly more. I think I will quit by the time I'm 20
