Notes of Kim Possible's Harry Potter Prologue to Chapter 4
The notes of Kim Possible's Harry Potter from the Prologue to Chapter 4. *90 pages handwritten, a little less, and 54 pages approximate in MS Works, times new roman, size 10 font. *It had 18,664 words in it. *It took 11 days to write, 25 days to write and plan. It took 11 hours and 45 minutes to type. *It is the 28th fic in my KP fanfic thing. *Is not in the continuity at all. *The 6th fanfic to be un-continuitied. *There 19 chapters completely, including Prologue and Epilogue. *They each had names: *Prologue: Dumbledore's Letter *Chapter 1: Arrival in the Magical World *Chapter 2: Harry's Arrival *Chapter 3: The Last of the Summer Holidays Chapter 4: The Sorting Feast and Breakfast *This is the first crossover fanfic not to be in continuity, this could not be because there have been many references to Harry Potter already. However, think of it in it's own separate continuity. *This is the 5th fanfic in which Ashley is not in. *This fic is the longest it took to write, plan, and type. *Rufus is mentioned to an extent but it is not in it at all. *I wanted to include all of the book, but, of course, being that it was 800 pages I could only include a few. If I could have, in the last D.A. meeting I would have liked to have Kim's Patronus be a Kangeroo, in honor of Pandaroo. *Pandaroo is mentioned in this fic for the first time since CWA. *It is revealed Kim likes Ron, but nothing too big happens, unless you count chapter 9 and 14. *As like with Dogma and JP, after spending so much time with book 5, I learned to understand it much better. *Just like in KPD and KPJP, Kim is hit on by someone she has no interest in; Jay, Ian Malcolm, Draco Malfoy. *Dumbledore: "Fawkes is a Phoenix, They burst into fire when it time for them to die and are reborn from the ashes."-- this is a direct quote from book 2. *Wanna guess who the severe looking woman is? McGonagall! *I was forced to reveal alot of things that happened in book 4 and 5; the return of Voldemort and the death. *Dumbledore: "Well, I know this may surprise you, but you may have some magical powers. Upon looking at a list of magical people born in the last century, your names were on it. Apparently, overlooked by the American magic schools. Of course, they are not very reliable. Constantly changing locations and such,"-- Ha, American magic schools suck! *Kim and Ron discuss it. *Kim: "Um, my best friend and I's favorite, um, "haunt", er... hang out is a place called Bueno Nacho,"--Kim using the word haunt! *Narrative: 'Magical world or not; she needed her Kimmunicator.'-- this a contrast to something very early in book 5, Magical world or not; Harry needed his wand. Think of her 'icator as her "wand." *Kim is alot more bad assy in this one. *This fic shows alot of contrast between Hermione and Kim and their struggle for control. *Kim: "That depends," Kim said, crossing her arms. "What's the password?"-- Kim's not stupid. *Tonks: "They're Dark Wizard catchers, which is what I am. Aurors are kind of like the policemen of your world,"-- Kim is something of an American Muggle Auror... the wizards refer to her as that as a running bit. Really fun. *Mrs. Dr. Possible: "Well, you won't be able to sleep without that little guy, you know."-- Go Dr. P bring Kim down to earth. Ref to Downhill, same thing happens. *I love the sorting hat. *Was anyone chilled to find out Kim would fit in Slytherin too? As well as Ravenclaw and Gryffindor. *Isn't Snape a great char! *Kim: "Wait, weren't you wanted by the British a few years back for escaping some jail? I remember getting a notification about it,"-- Irony, eh? Kim was on the lookout for Sirius too! *Of course, I may end up doing a few deleted scenes *Hermione: "Hermione Granger. I read all about you in books! You're in Muggles Who Are Heroic, Kung Fu Experts, Famous Women Heroes, Young and Old from the last 2000 Years, and Famous Cheerleaders. You're a fascinating person and I'm delighted to meet you in person."-- Whoa. Isn't that flattering? Being in a book? *Hermione is nuts of course *Ginny is something of a comic relief, she is something of a voice of reason. *Narrative: 'Kim stood up, opened up her truck, pulled out a stuffed animal, and then stopped moving when she felt something rub against her legs. She looked down and saw a ginger colored cat.'-- What a surprise! A cat! *Kim: "I still sleep with it. Think of it, as... well, like, a comfort object,"-- Pandaroo, aww. *Kim: "Hermione, trying to get into the meeting, easier said than done. Trust me. She still won't let us in. And I need too know everything to do my job,"-- Nice way to make an entrance. But this is Kim. *This is something in Kim's eyes and Harry's eyes. *Narrative: 'Harry noticed that Kim did not wince when she heard Voldemort's name. He felt a surge of respect for her. Harry knew who she was because he remembered hearing Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon calling her a 'bloody American teenage brownoser.' He didn't mention it though.'-- Kim wincing at his name? Hah! Wow, Vernon calling her that... dang. *Fred: "Time is Galleons, little brother. And besides it's really funny to see American Ron jump into Kim's arms,"-- Fred enjoys teasing Kim. It's a shame they never try to steal a kiss or pinch her tushie. *Ginny: "Tonks told me how to find out. You just chuck stuff at the door and if it can't make contact the door's been Imperturbed. I've been flicking Dungbombs at it from the top of the stairs and they just soar away from it, so there's no way the Extendable Ears... or a certain mole rat will be able to get under the gap."-- Aww, too bad. *Kim: "I have to agree. He gave me a nasty sneer when I first met him,"-- Hehe, Snape hates her already! *Mrs. Weasley; surrogate mum to Kim and Ron. Bam! *Voldemort doing kung fu? Insert loud laughter. *Kim and Ron: "What is your name?" "Ron Stoppable," "What is your mission?" "To protect Harry Potter." "What is your greatest fear?" "Monkeys."-- I once saw a caption like this with Harry and Ron. Ron S would need that *Kim and Narrative: "It was rather fascinating, really. I'm kind of wondering if this Voldemort guy is as stupid as he sounds," Kim said. She watched as the other two shuddered. "Never be afraid of a name, girls. What's in a name, anyway?"-- LOL. She quotes Juliet from R&J. *Mrs. Weasley: "Then say it and get back to bed, dear and cover up your stomach also. You'll catch a cold,"-- LOL! *Kim and Narrative: "Oh my God! Oh my God!" Kim said feigning excitement. "Now tell me what the bloody hell are you talking about."-- LOL. *Kim: "American transfer students."-- hehe *Kim: "Ron Stoppable, poke me one more time, and you'll be regretting it."-- LOL. Go Kim. *Kim: "Easy. I know him well enough to know that he needs attention, as he is bored. Besides I have this uncanny ability to be able to sleep light."-- I wondered about her saying, "I'm very sensitive" in reference to her screaming in sex fic. *Beautiful and smart? Ron spoke my words! *Kim and Malfoy: "I'm Kim Possible. I'm an American Muggleborn witch who transferred here," "Tsk. To waste such beauty on an American Mudblood."-- Oh gosh. *Kim was gonna smack him, had Hermione not stopped her. *Narrative: 'Kim sat down. She seemed out of breath, as though it had took all of her energy and self control to stop herself from punching Draco Malfoy.'-- Wow. I wrote this on a whim. I thought it was brilliant. *Fred: "Careful, Kim, Ron might get scared,"-- There he goes again. *Kim: "I know. She looks like she got lost in the 80s."-- Go KIM! *Ron: "Where?" he said. "Okay, she still talking? Good night."-- LOL! I wonder what she told him. *Kim: "To not draw attention. I mean we are two very known American Muggles. I mean, you saw Hermione first time she met me,"-- Very true. *Narrative: 'Kim opened her robes to reveal a lime green tank top that showed her midriff and a pair of capris.'-- Trademark outfit the first day. *Kim: "Wake up, Ron, it's--" she paused. "well my watch says Midnight. So... well this is Middleton time."-- Possible time difference. I wouldn't know. *Kim is hilarious with Ron. *The PSAT is like OWLs and the SAT is like the NEWTs *This fic is also the longest in length of time it covers; Translation: It covered the most time. |
