*FANFIC* Kim Possible and Xena: Chapter 12*FANFIC*
Several days had past since Kim was taught the pinch by Xena and Kim and Ron experimented with pleasure. Kim partly wondered if the future would be entirely messed up if Kim never returned, but Kim had so much back home she was going for. Her senior year was starting in September. She also wondered if Wade was ever going to fix the time portal. She was starting to feel homesick. They were walking. Xena poked Kim in the shoulder. "Are you okay?" she asked. "I'm fine. A bit homesick. I'm sort of stuck on a decsion I'm making," Kim said. "Everyone stop!" Xena said. They sat down on the grass upon stopping. "What are you deciding" Gabrielle asked. Kim sighed. "Whether or not I want to go back to the future," Kim said looking at Ron, who gasped. "I'm having alot of fun here and I don't want to seem selfish because someone in our time is working very hard to get us back." "Wade," Ron said. "And plus, I have my own life, er, Ron and I do back in the future, but I have grown so close to the both of you, Xena and Gabrielle," Kim said. "I see you dilemna, Kim," Gabrielle said. "It's almost dangerous to go home, as you know so much. It would make a good story." Kim smiled. "But my thought that bothers me mainly is that we'll go to the future but go back to moments before it happened, the accident in time travelling that is," Kim said. "Sort of like... it never happened," Ron said. "Do you remember my Terminator theory?" "Yes, Ron, many times I've thought about that," Kim said. "I hate to say this, Kim, but this is a decision you have to make on your own," Xena said. "No fate but what we make," Ron said sagely. What Ron said was a quote from the first two, maybe even the third Terminator movies, Kim remembered that the John Connor of the future sent his father, Kyle Reese (though neither of them knew it at the time) back in time and that was part of the message that John had sent to his mother, Sarah Connor. "You know, Xena, both you and Ron are right," Aphrodite said. She materialized right by them seconds before. "Kim, you should decide this on your own. And with Ron. Of course. I doubt he would want to go back to a future with you not in it, and vice versa." "That's very true," Gabrielle said. "Yes, Ron, you and I should definitely think about this before we have to go," Kim said. "So, what do you think?" "Our future is in our time. We belong to the 21st century," Ron said. "I guess my work here is done, but I might as well stick around for the walk. Where are ya headed?" Aphrodite said. They got up and started walking. "So, how will you know when the portal is fixed and you can go back to the future?" Gabrielle asked. Kim pulled out the Kimmunicator from her haversack after removing it from her mission pants pocket. "When this beeps I'm being contacted from the future. It's one of the ways we communicate in the future," Kim said. "It's a lifesaver for me. It's one of my favorite toys." Then, when Kim was least expecting it, the Kimmunicator beeped in its normal tonal form. Everyone stopped in their tracks. Kim yelped in surprise and nearly dropped it. It beeped again.
