Intro to Marathon
*Kim and Ron walk into the marathon headquarters and sit down on a large couch next to each other* Kim: Hello and welcome to the 3rd marathon by Ashley Benlove hosted by myself and four others. Ron: Such as me and your cousin, APB. Kim: Yes, and Shego. Where is she? Ron: I don't know. You're the knowledgeable one about her. Kim: She'll be here soon, methinks. *Shego bursts into the room doing some of her awesome moves and throwing plasma blasts randomly before landing gracefully next to Kim onto the couch* Ron: *To Kim* Dang woman, you're good. *Shego stretches out her legs onto the coffee table* Kim: Oh, I know. Anyways, myself, Ron, and Shego are hosting the Centennial fic, Birthday of the Writer and her brainchild, and the end of the school year marathon celebration in honor of Ashley Possible Benlove, my cousin in this world and Ashley Benlove, the writer. Ron: Ashley Benlove created her penname well before APB's birth in September of 2003, during that summer because of Harry Potter's influence on her. Shego: I can't wait til AB gets started on her Half Blood Prince version of KPHP. Ron: As I was saying, APB's birthdate was unknown until very recently. 2 months younger than Kim here, born May 28th. Kim: APB, Ashley Benlove, come on out. *APB comes out to the HQ skipping; AB follows walking normally. APB is colorfully dressed, AB is wearing a comfy outfit. AB sits down next to Shego, and APB next to AB* Kim: Congrats, Benlove, you are on the precipice of your 100th fanfic related to my show. Shego: Gag me. APB: Amen! Ron: 8 months ago, with your last marathon a lot of stuff was happenin', eh? AB: Indded. I was getting ready to see season 3 of the show, as well as preparing to go on another road of self discovery. Ron: How so? AB: The computer sitch, KPAL, and the alternate versions. Ron: Oh yes. And now? AB: Now I'm preparing to see the final 3 episodes of the show, and I say final very loosely considering the SDS Campaign. Shego: She's got a point there. I just don't know why you won't let Dr. D take over Disney. He certainly would be a better CEO than Vader, er... Eisner. Ron: And let him take away the bendy straws? Kim: Shego, I told you, you can't trust Drakken. It's all about trust. APB: And So The Drama. Ron: Like, AB said she went through a journey of self discovery. AB: The last 50 fics were great. Way better than the first 50. APB: Even though I was in like, 5. Shego: Tells you something don't it? APB: Hey you know what? You wanna start something-- Kim/AB: Hey! Hey! APB behave! APB: Fine. It's just me being me you know. I'll behave though Shego: I'd kick your ass though... Ron: *laughs* Ashley being Ashley. Classic. AB: The last 50 were wonderful. KPHp deleted scenes, fics related to episodes, the now infamous KPAL alta version. Shego: My personal favorite. APB: Yeah, cuz you got a huge part. Shego: And I got to fuck Kimmie don't forget about that. APB: That's not an image I want in my head. It is like you and Drakken or Darth Vader with his mask off. Ron: Sick and wrong. Kim: Agreed. Ron: Strawberry. Shego: That reminds me, I'll go get food. Kim: So, this marathon are two fics both 4 pages long; 8 total, are related to the same thing and time. The first fic has a reference to the next fic's main story. And both of them in honor of APB's birthday, 2 years going by real years, 18 if you count actual birthdates. And they feature, as Ron said, Ashley being Ashley. *Shego comes back with food* Shego: What does Ashley being Ashley mean? APB: Dunno. Kim: Basically, her annoying, accident proned, busybody loveable self. Ron: The marathon will be a few days yes. AB: One day for each fic, and 1 final day for the continuity. Kim: Should be fun. If we get bored we'll read other fics. APB: Mommy! AB: I am not your mommy. APB: Technically you are. Like Darth Vader is C-3PO's father. Shego: Possible, you've got a weird cousin. Kim; I know. I love her though. APB: *eating cake* Ron: Enjoy the first fic. |
