Disclaimer: Kim Possible is not mine. I do not own her. Trust me, if I did, I would not let her end. Bob and Mark are bestowed that wonderful honor. APB is mine as is this story. Happy Reading.

Kim Possible and her dear cousin Ashley Possible Benlove were in Kim's bedroom. It was a few weeks before prom; before the adventure that would change Kim's life.

They were surrounded by makeup of all kinds; nail polish, lip gloss, mascara, eyeshadow. Ashley was looking at the nail polish.

"I'll go get the proper supplies," Kim said.

"Okay," Ashley replied.

Kim went to the bathroom to get those "proper" supplies. Ashley looked at a nail polish, shook it, and opened it. The color was lime green.

"Oooh, a pretty color," Ashley said softly. She shook it again and took the brush out. The extra polish on it dropped onto Ashley's middle finger on her right hand.

She looked at it curiously for a moment. Suddenly, there was a tingling burning sensation and she saw little bits of smoke coming up from her finger. Ashley let out a loud scream. Kim immediately turned to look, grabbed a washcloth, ran to Ashley, and wiped her finger of the polish.

Ashley sniffled and looked at her finger with shock. It was burned in a small area the size of three pencil erasers. She hid her finger and started to cry.

"Oh, oh, oh," Kim said.

Kim let Ashley fall into her arms.

"Did you use the acid nail polish?" Kim asked gently. "Ashley?" Ashley still cried. "Let me see the finger?" Still, Ashley cried.

"I thought it was lime green nail polish!" Ashley's voice muffled through Kim's shoulder said.

"Ashley," Kim said. She pulled her from her shoulder and looked at her. "Let me see the finger."

Ashley showed it to her. Kim looked at it, aghast.

"I didn't know acid could do that," Kim said. She grabbed her Kimmunicator from the trunk nearby.

"Wade, major emergency here," she said. "The Acid Nail Polish. Ashley show your finger."

Ashley did. Wade let out an audible gasp.

"I don't like the sound of that!" Ashley said sniffling.

"Kim, there should be an acid first aid kit in your bathroom, go get it, and plenty of gauze and neosporin," Wade said.

Kim ran to the bathroom, got the needed supplies and was back less than 10 seconds later.

"Acid medicine," Kim said.

She opned the bottle and dropped a few drops onto the burn.

"What is this stuff?" Ashley asked.

"A kind of antidote with a hint of aloe vera," Wade said. "Ever had sunburns?"

"Yea," Ashley said sniffly.

"This is the same thing."

Kim put the neosporin on the area near the burn. She then wrapped the finger gently as she could, taping it where it needed.

"It'll heal in a few days," Wade said. "Might leave a scar."

Ashley sniffled. "You should think about labeling your spy stuff, Kim. With a cousin like me and a best friend like Ron, crap like this happens often," Ashley said.

"Ron nearly melted his fingers once using this nail polish," Kim said.

"At least it's happened to somebody else, you know?" Ashley said. "Anyway, 'bout Bonnie. Don't you care what she thinks. She's just a bitchier me. I highly doubt you even listen to me." She laughed.

The end.
