Walker, Never Gone, POA almost done
Hey readers! How are you all doing? I am doing pretty good. No big. So last night while I watch the Phantom Menace on DVD, I wrote the short ficlet OBC. My 105th fanfic. I wonder how far I will get by the end of this summer. I was about 45th ish fanfic last summer. But I digress. It will probably be about 115 to 125 fanfics total. I don't know. I am just guessing. It all depends on how big some of the things I'm writing. Considering the fact that I will be writing KPHP2 all the way through this summer, I'll have like a 90 or more page fanfic. I can't even begin to fathom it. I look forward to it. My relatives have been here working on the house. My mom and Uncle T are buying a new back door, ours is old and evil; it's a nightmare trying to close it. You know? I found out something horrible about my aunt L's oldest dog. Walker, their beautiful and wonderful Aussie Shephard was bitten on the paw by a rattlesnake (mind you, they live way out in the country so they are very common.) Walker is about 10 years old. He is staying at the Vets for a few days while they fix him up, antivenom and what not. I was very distressed by this news. Walker is about the best damn dog I've ever laid my eyes on. And I grew up with him. He's simply just the sweetest dog ever. I would be really sad if he passed away, and so would the rest of the family. Pray for Walker. I remember back at our old house, I hit this pole by accident that held up our patio in the back and it was kind of his fault, and here I was, crying on the steps in my mom's arms and he comes up to me and apologizes in his own dog way. Mind, this was very long ago; more than 5 but less than 10 years ago, so I don't remember it. Just finished watching Kim Possible (I turned off both TVs that had on D.C. already; The Buzz on Maggie is on next and I've flat out refuse to watch that disgrace to Disney.) It was D Twist. I love that episode. It's awesome. Ron's "The Fearless Ferret theme song!" and Shego's little quip to Dr. D: "I blame you for this!" And then, how Kim and Shego after being zapped from the ER place back to the lair keep on trying to beat the shit out of the other. LOL. Nothing like a great Kim and Shego fight. It still is one of the best Kim Possible episodes ever. Unless of course the last three to air are better. I still love that little Friends parody/homage. So, I got to listen to Never Gone last night. I sat outside for about an hour and read POA while I did that. As I listened to the first couple of songs, I was reading the scene where Fred and George give Harry the Maurader's Map and I was strangely nostalgic for some reason. I don't know why, but it's all good. That was a very good CD. I love how their voices just melt together so beautifully after 5 years. While I was sitting outside, the ice cream truck came. Guess what they had? They had a Kim Possible ice cream bar. It was on a stick, had green gumballs for eyes, not very noticable skin, and orange hair. It was very yummy. LOL. I had to have it cuz it was KP. LOL. So, I am now almost finished reading book 3. I have just two more chapters left. I love the scenes in which everything is found out. Like, for example, when Sirius says that he would have died rather than betrayed James and Lily. So beautiful. I also love description of right after they won the Quidditch Cup. It gets to me. Wood rushes to Harry and cries into his shoulder. It always gets to me. I cannot explain it any better. And this book has the most Quidditch games than any book; 3. You never really read that many. Cuz, it's always something that happens. And I'm sitting here reading the things that the Dementors make Harry relive, and I think that Lily loved Harry from the moment of his birth. So beautiful. I love how we bought a ream of paper. Now I can go on and print out the bigger fanfics; KPJP, KPD, KPAL, KPAX, and KLA. Tomorrow is Father's Day, and I sent a F Day e card to the only person who is even remotely like a father to me: David. Though, it's more brother like than father like. Or mentor/friend/brother type thing. Anyone get it? It's kind of like Obi Wan and Anakin, minus the killing of Obi Wan, and all that horrible stuff. This morning I sent 2 dollars to get two sets of 3 ink refills from Just Write For Funds (that's where I got my pens from; the ones with the engravings on them.) Thought/Quote of the day: "Make me your hero and I'd like you too." -- Ashley Possible Benlove, on how Ron likes Joss because she made Ron her hero, Kim Possible: Chats With Joss Part 1 Word of the day: bootlegger Hakuna Matata.
