summer, poolbath scene
Heylo fans! How are you all doing? I am doing pretty good. Happy first day of Summer! Whoohoo! I ought to be lying out like Mer, but I'm not that into getting a tan that much, I've barely lost my tan on my chest. I'll prolly be doing something on July the 4th, but I dunno. LOL. Golden Girls was funny this morning. 3 of the girls (not Sophia) singing Mr. Sandman. It's great. I printed out KPAX today. I also printed out OBC, TBSI, and to my surprise, RaA. It takes about 2 minutes to print out a page, no big. But I don't mind. It's rather fun. I've printed out everything from my 3rd, 4th, and 5th notebooks, and a handful of stuff from my 2nd notebook, but none whatsoever from my 1st notebook. I hate the first 12 fics. Who actually likes their first bits of stuff they created. But, you know, it's all good. Today's Kp episode is Vir-Tu-Ron. I love that episode. "I'm no ordinary knave!" It is such a good episode. I also love how Ron insinuates that Kim is not a lady. It's kind of like Ron Weasley in book 4. But I'll get to that later on. VirTuRon was like the first episode I ever saw to my memory and I assumed that this is how they went about doing their stuff. LOL. I am now on Chapter 25 of book 4. I love it. It's great. It contains the scene that is the most sensual in the books as of book 5. Harry going into that poolbath thingy. I love it, he tells Myrtle that he's not wearing anything and I just have to giggle. It's like, Harry's nude, thank you Rowling. I hope we see more intimate sides to see him in book 6 and 6. I love the Yule Ball chapter. It's great, seeing Ron pissed off because Hermione is with Krum. Of course there's also his great line, "Hermione, Neville's right, you are a girl." And then there's the trio going into the kitchen. I love Ron's line, "Calling it the House Elf Liberation Front now are you?" Or something. I just have to laugh, cuz it's great. And then there's that line after the first task, by George, "Maybe you've got to attack Percy while he's in the shower." LOL. I thought to myself, "that sounds like something the twins would do. LOL." I realized, in some ways this book is a giant bible allusion. Each of the tasks are like the stations of the cross in which Christ falls, cuz he falls 3 times and there are 3 tasks. 'Course, I could be wrong. I love how Hank, the dachshund thinks that he is 150 pounds, 3 feet tall, and a Great Dane, when in reality he is 20 pounds, 9 inches tall, and a dachshund. LOL. I love looking forward to book 6. I can't wait to find out what is up in the world that I should belong to. It'll be like watching a new season of KP or checking up on an old friend. I remember when book 5 was anew. Sigh. I realized as I was reading KPAL last night that I never really touched the out of alternate version of it. I did a sordid alternate version/universe of it but I never did get around to seeing how Kim really felt in the regular version. I need more inspiration. LOL. I love how the HP ships are so large. There's a ship with Hermione and all of the Weasley kids, including Ginny and the twins. It's crazy. McGonnagall and Dumbledore, Snape and Lily, McGonnagall and Lily, Filch and Umbridge, Umbridge and Fudge, it's great. I was able to get quotes up to CB (early August ish). No big. At least now all I have to is look for the printed out fanfic in my archives in my room.
