Quotes, Batman, and KPAX....
Hey fans! How are you? I am doing pretty good. I read through KPAX last night and I realized that I have the opportunity to do a alternate version of a scene that I thought about originally doing but I nixed it. I'll prolly do it tonight, no big. I am now, towards the end of Goblet of Fire. I am going to start the chapter in which Lord Voldemort rises again, only I am not ready to read it. I will though. I might be able to watch it. I'll prolly end up crying when Cedric dies. I love how imposter Moody gives himself totally away a few times, but you know, it's a shame none of the characters notice it whatsoever. But, it's okay. I also noticed that all of the champions, except Fleur are involved with Quidditch. I highly doubt Fleur is even in Quidditch. As if she is that much interested in it. I watched that AFI's 100 Movie quotes (we know how much I love Movie quotes) thing last night. I really liked it. I was very pleased that Gone With the Wind got the number 1 quote, with, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." I totally have to cut out the list from the newspaper and watch all of the movies mentioned. National Lampoon's Animal House (which had it's Toga! Toga! Toga! line on the list) is on tonight. I think I will def. watch it. The Toga! Toga! Toga! also was parodied/homaged in the great episode of The Ron Factor by Ron, who rocks. LOL. I love how there were two quotes for Bond. James Bond. LOL. I so have to see Casablanca now. I really do. You know? I have to see Dirty Harry, Godfather 1 and 2, Dog Day Afternoon, and all those movies that I haven't seen. I wrote down them as they appeared and I haven't seen prolly have of them. I was very proud that "May the Force be with you," got 8 on the list. It rocks. According to the newspaper, school is back in session on August 15th. I think we should go back the following week, make it a full 3 months off. But, considering I was basically off the last week of school, I have 12 weeks. But, anyways. But, at least I have a month to get KPHP2 out. My mother and I went to go see Batman Begins. Nothing like a caped playboy vigilante, eh? I love it. I loved how Gary Oldman played Jim Gordon. He was a great character. I love how I figured it out perfectly fine myself. Spoilers mind. I thought it was so awesome that he was driving the Batmobile for about 10 minutes. It was wicked cool, yo. This has to be the best line in the movie: Alfred Pennyworth: When you told me your grand plan for saving Gotham, you said it wasn't about thrill-seeking. Alfred Pennyworth: What do you call that? [points to a TV news report of a high-speed chase involving the Batmobile] Bruce Wayne: Damn good television. I may be very anti towards that whole masked hero thing, but hey, I love good hero movies, and even KP doesn't compare to Batman. I've always loved that kind of stuff. Alfred rocks. I had to laugh that The Joker had a cameo at the end. Not a big one, but you know. I found it quite ironic that batman is frightened by bats. Odd. But okay. I swear to God, I want to see half the movies that are coming out this summer. Sky High (only cuz of Bob and Mark!), War of the Worlds (Disaster movies kick ass!), Bewitched (come on, it's Bewitched!), Fantastic 4 (again the hero thing, plus my mom likes them), Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the list keeps going. I haven't printed out any fics since yesterday, but I prolly will in the future. I'm being rather lazy. Thought/Quote of the day: "Ron's moving?
