Animal, good and bad news, fics, fun
Hey readers! How are you? I am doing both good and bad. But, you know that's life. But, lots of good to report, and a few annoyances. According to MKP, Disney's ordered an extension on TSR. I was personally affronted at that. I mean, TSR is a great show, but it no where near Kim Possible. I mean, Raven's character is almost as horrible as Scarlett O'Hara, and she's a horrible friend. How she manages to stay friends with Eddie and Chelsea, the way she treats them is ridiculous, whilst KP is just about the greatest thing Disney ever had the pleasure to own, next to Mr. Mickey Mouse and The Lion King. I wouldn't be so upset if it was true. Down with Disney! Down with Disney! Anyways, now off to the good. First off, I am pleased to announce the birth of the newest member of the Winkler family. My 2nd cousin, and my grandmother's 2nd great grandchild: Hayden James Winkler. He was born last night at 6 ish. He is 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and about 20 someodd inches long. I found out this morning when my grandma decided to call Aunt C and let her know. I was singing, "We got a new Winkler! We got a new Winkler!" Congrats to Jen and Chad! WHOOHOO! Secondly, good news on the Walker front. He's fine. He'll be inside their house for a couple of days. But at least he's fine! Which is great. David, has a sketchy chapter 3 now for us. I love it. It's great. I'm gonna have to look through it tonight and make my corrections and what not. But I love it. Last night, I watched National Lampoon's Animal House. That movie was the funniest fucking thing I ever heard in my life. I loved John Belushi's character. He was great. I loved how he acted. And I loved the Deltas, they were so wicked hilarious. Sure they were drunk the entire time. But it was funny. And I found out that the Sunday before HBP comes out, AMC'll be showing Airplane! I have to see that movie. Just cuz. I finished reading Goblet last night. It was a lot of fun and emotion. I mean, the last few chapters are so sad. I found myself near tears. I love it when Dumbledore told Minerva to go down to the Pumpkin patch by Hagrid's and get a large black dog, take the dog to his office and say that he'll be with the dog shortly. LOL. I felt bad for Winky though. I mean, after all, her former master's son killed his father. Sounds like Voldemort. I bullied my mom last night into starting book 1. I have no idea how far she got last night. I really don't. I started Order of the Phoenix this morning. I've been listening to the first 6 chapters of it via audio cds. My ears are annoyed now. Headphones. Yeah. I don't never have much to say about the first couple of chapters, cuz it's the first couple of chapters. I love the first chapter. It's great. I actually feel sorry for poor Dinky Diddydums or whatever his mum calls him. LOL. I love the line about how galled Harry feels about Sirius telling him not to be rash. It's funny. I also love these lines too: "You don't want to bottle your anger up like that, Harry, let it all out," said Fred, beaming. "There might be a couple people 50 miles away who didn't hear you." "Who's Kreacher?" "The house-elf who lives here," said Ron. "Nutter. Never met one like him." "He is not a nutter," said Hermione. David's in the midst of reading this morning's ficcy. LOL. I found myself afraid of it meself. LOL. I finished printing out KPD this morning. It took a while, but it was no big. Thought/Quote of the day: "But was Ron right? Would the Possible-Stoppable team that had been in force for four going on five years survive such a change?"-- Kim Possible's Narrative, on the changes that a few lines would do to the team, Kim Possible: Hard Goodbyes Word of the day: murderer Hakuna Matata. The AB/AW Countdown to the next KP episode: 3 days, 2 hours, and 47 minutes! The AB/AW Countdown to the 6th book of Harry Potter: Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince: 22 days |
