Rita, Kat, stuff, other stuff
My amazing fans! How are you on this lovely day? I am doing pretty damn good. I swear to God, I think I'm beginning to get Cabin Fever man. I gotta tell you, it is pretty damn quiet here in Corpus. A good portion... maybe even half of the city evacuated when Mayor Henry Garrett put the mandatory evacuation on Wednesday at 6 pm. There is very few things even open today, I can honestly tell you that. Blockbuster, most restaurants, the post offices, the newspaper isn't even open. Yep, we're going without the paper until sunday, and the post office until tomorrow. Of course, half the city left. It's amazing. As for Rita, it's pretty interesting, but I am sick of watching it on the tv. I mean, now, as it is a Catergory 3, I can't even say that I withstood a Cat 5 hurricane. I mean, granted they scare the shit out of me, but I would have been so happy to boast that I put up with a cat 5 hurricane and lived. I mean, granted, I did, but it doesn't count. I'm annoyed because it'll make landfall while I'm asleep. I so find it annoying that most hurricanes make landfall during the night. While I have not made a single drop in writing at all, I have finished out Chats With Friends, which was finished the same day that the totally awesome and ton of fun, Kim's Retirement was. Which was a ton of fun. I enjoyed it. I liked writing this fic. I left out at some thing on Vicks Vabor Rub. I'm wondering if I should have the Rome thing like in Sick Cousin. My grandmother totally asked me what is this thing I have about Georgia. LOL. I was like, "I like it." Oh, yeah, I would love to tell her the whole story. Starting from like December 2001 or 2002 (I believe...) with Gone With the Wind, and going on to December 2003, with APB first revealing she lived in Georgia. APB and I are like one and the same. Kat has been here some two days. I can honestly say that I don't like her because of the way she has treated me. I mean, after what happened before, during, and after "The Great Computer Crisis of Summer and Fall of 2004" I will never forgive her for it. In a lot of ways, I am kind of like Hera, the Queen of the Gods. I basically resent her and whatnot. But, it's undestandable for me you know? Earlier today, I unpacked all the stuff that I packed, starting with my clothes and finishing with with my papers and stuff. It took like 5 minutes ish. It was nice to put all my stuff back where it belonged. My girl Meredith and I talked last night. It was nice. I had to laugh because the poor Monkey head was getting T-Storms and she was scared, but I so knew how she felt, as I went through some shit on Wednesday. It was nice to find out that Mer was worried about me. It made me feel good. There was a new Phil episode today. It was pretty darn good and I enjoyed it. I totally laughed my butt off. I'm like bored so I'm reading entries from '02 and '03, it's interesting to see how I was back then and to see how much I have changed.
