fanfic update, 5 year anni review, Twitches
Hey readers! How are you all doing today? I'm doing pretty good today. Home Ec. So we made Pancakes and Sausage today. It was very good. I enjoyed eating. Granted I was the dish drier but that's okay. :) Physics. Finished what we did yesterday and I found out that I passed, barely. I was glad that I at least passed. I'm lucky. Government. We went over a test and talked about it. It was okay. Film Study. We started a movie with Cary Grant called North By Northwest... another Hitchcock movie. It's pretty good. Cary's a horn-dog. LOL. English. Finished the test. It was rather okay. I also read the first chapter of All Quiet on the Western Front, by Remarque. It's a good book, considering I detest war stuff. But, it's a good book considering it's about somebody my age. I think that's why I like it, because I can relate to it. It's like why I relate so well with KP. ;) I got my THEA scores yesterday. There I was in my shower and my mom came into the bathroom to notify me that they had came in. In Reading, I got a 276; In math, I got a 236; In Writing, I got a 240 and a 6 on the writing sample. Out of 300 points and 8 points for the writing. I passed. At least now that's behind me. The Suite Life episode was okay. I enjoyed the Twins' side of the episode. It's nice to see Cody stick up for himself. New episode today. You know, it's funny. On Monday's episode they were dressed in cute overall's that were so well fitted that I was like... oy vey. LOL. That's the only detriment to being 18, I feel like a cradle robber when I think of how damn cute the Sprouse twins are. LOL. New Phil and Raven episodes tomorrow. Twitches was on last night. I love that movie. I think the best part is when the girls are defeating the darkness and they realize that Love can defeat it. And they start naming people who they love. And, they're crying as they're doing it. It got to me even. I was crying as well. I love that whole scene. I think it was Tia and Tamera Mowry's finest moment. It's really funny that they've been on the DC for years and years and they just now have their first DC movie. Adventures in Rufus Sitting was on last night after Twitches. What a fun episode. I mean, Ron's off in France and Kim is babysitting Rufus. Villains galore, fighting each other. LOL. Five year anniversary review entry update. You know what? I'm gonna call this the Five Year Anni entry review for short. Or something like that. I finished 20 percent of it last night. I finished up 2002. It was rather nice. I mean, reading all of those entries from May 1, 2002 until December 31, 2002 was wow. It hurt to read some of those entries but it is amazing to see how much more emotion I slowly put into my entries. Plus so much stuff happened to me in that time frame: foot cut open, that gothic phase I went through, Vanessa and I's falling out, ending middle school (which seemed to be just a speck on my diary, I barely said a word about it), starting high school, the Sahifa Awards and the events around that time, writing original stories about Shane and I, and Shane in general. Reading about Shane made me smile. It's really funny to think that everything in my life: The Lion King, Vanessa, The Power Rangers, the movie Titanic, The Golden Girls, The Internet, Backstreet Boys, writing, fanfics, Harry Potter, Shane, this diary, Star Wars, Gone With the Wind, Kim Possible, Dogma, David Clark Allen, Meredith... all of these things, people, movies, etc are the reason that I am who I am today. I mean, if it wasn't for Shane I would still care about what people thought about me and I would still be closedminded. I owe him so much. It felt so weird to read some of those original stories (although I only read 2). One of my favorite lines has to be this: "He took my hand. It felt greasy from the Vick's Vapor Rub." It's really nice to have one year of the five year diary review to be finished. Plus it's amazing to see how much I've grown: as a person, a writer, as a teenager, as a woman, and more since the birth of the diary. I'm gonna try to have the rest of BKP finished by the end of this weekend, maybe all of 2003 as well. :) Fanfic update. I finished it last night. It's a little over 7 and one quarter pages. It's on the 8th page. I'll prolly have it up today. If I feel like it. ;) Thought/Quote of the day: "Good soap opera, I guess."-- Ron Stoppable, Kim Possible: Soap Opera Watching Word of the day: lutestring Hakuna Matata. |
