*FANFIC* Kim Possible: The Alien Chats*FANFIC*
Disclaimer: I do not own anything in this fic, with the exception of what's written, the characters aren't mine, certain things they discuss aren't mine, but the ideas are mine. Rated PG-13 for slight cursing and the discussion they have about an R-Rated movie. Happy Reading! Evening at the Possible home. Kim Possible and her best friend Ron Stoppable were in the living room of her home. She was lying down on her stomach on the couch, her arms supporting her head. He was sitting in the chair adjacent to the couch. They were watching a bunch of science fiction-y horror films. Kim sighed as they finished the fourth film in the series. "Ron, you okay?" Kim asked. "It was just a movie, er... movies." "Ugh. Scary. Chestbusters, facehuggers, and more," Ron said. He shivered. "Ron, I have a hypothetical question," Kim said after a half of minute of looking like she was deep in thought. "What?" he asked. He looked at her. She had an incredibly intense serious look on her face. He cringed. It was going to be a serious hypothetical question. "In Aliens, Ripley tells Hicks that 'I'm not going to end up like those others. You'll do it, won't you?' and then he says, 'Let's just hope it doesn't come to that.' Now, she was referring to if she got one inside her and saying to kill her before the chestbusting infant Alien killed her. Now, here's the hypothetical question. It's so because the chances of an Alien like event happening in this world are as likely as the events of Star Wars being true." "Just ask your damn question!" Ron demanded, apparently tired of her explaining herself. "Fine. If I had an Alien in my chest, would you..." Kim trailed off. "Kill you?" Ron asked, finishing her question. Kim nodded. "Is this a question of my loyalty to you? Because you know I'll be loyal to you to the end, right?" Ron asked. "Seriously, Ron." He sighed and thought a moment. "If it meant killing one of those fuckers, pardon me, then yes. I mean, I would hate to have to do it, but, if you wanted me to do it, then yes," Ron said softly. "Okay. I would rather die quickly or in battle then die the way Kane, everyone but Newt on LV-426, Spike, and even Ripley herself died," Kim said. He nodded. "What about me? If it was me in the same sitch, would you?" Ron asked softly. Kim closed her eyes, shuddered about a second later, apparently imagining having to do it, and then moved around on the couch so that she was lying on her back, her arms behind her head. "It would be so heartbreaking to have to do it. I mean, you're my best friend, everything that's good in me I owe to you. But, you'd be dead anyway, so I would," Kim said. Kim closed her eyes again and sniffed. "You okay?" Ron asked. "I'm fine. Just a horrible thought. Having to kill one another or else die a more painful death," Kim said. "I can understand how Obi-Wan Kenobi felt about Yoda going after Sidious and he having to go after Anakin." "Yeah. He couldn't bear the idea of having to kill him; he was like his brother, he loved him." "Yeah," Kim said quietly. "Hey, if you could be any character from the four Alien movies. Who'd you be?" "What's the point of this question?" "I answered your question; you answer mine." "Fine. Ripley, but the person she was in the first three. Not the clone. Or many Vasquez, she was wicked cool. You?" "Unfair. Most of the guys died. Hicks, maybe Drake." "Hudson?" "Oh, come on! Even I wouldn't act like him!" Kim laughed. The End. |
