*FANFIC* Kim Possible: Changers of the World Part 2*FANFIC*
There was a pause as Ron realized something. “Crocodile catching like... jumping on a tweleve foot mean croc and wrestling him?” Ron said. “That’s right,” Steve said. “Crikey.” “Daddy, Kim and Ron need khakis!” Bindi said. She said ‘khakis’ in a thick Australian accent that you couldn’t understand. Ron whispered to Kim, “What did she say?” “Khakis,” Terri said. “Oh, cool. I love khakis!” “Come on, Kim! Let’s go find you some khakis!” Bindi said. “I really don’t wear shorts,” Kim said. “But’s it’s pretty hot, so I’ll go with it. Come on, Ron, let’s get the khakis on.” Terri and Bindi lead Kim and Ron to a staff room that had a ton of khaki shirts, shorts, pants, and capris. “I’m sure you guys can find everything fine, yes?” Terri said. “I think we’ll manage, Mrs. Irwin,” Kim said. “Oh, please, call me Terri. Come on, Bindi,” Terri said as she and Bindi left. As soon as the door closed, Kim and Ron hugged and squealed. “This is such an amazing experience!” Kim said. Kim walked over to the khaki shirts and looked through them. She found a shirt her size, a medium shirt. Kim pulled her black turtleneck off and set it by her bag. Kim grabbed the shirt, unbuttoned them, and put the khaki shirt on her, buttoning it. “Are these girl shirts or guy shirts?” Ron asked. “Ron, I don’t think it matters, pick a shirt and shorts and let’s get our hero on,” Kim said as she pulled her pants off and changed into a pair of shorts. It was a mark of their friendship and relationship that Kim could undress in front of Ron. As soon as Ron got a pair of shorts and a shirt on, Kim said, “The pants fit you, eh? I don’t want you being pantzed while wrestling a crocodile.” “Yes, mother, they fit,” Ron said. He grinned. Kim grabbed her bags and Ron and they walked out of the room and found Terri and Bindi. “I feel very Australian,” Ron said. “Crikey!” He laughed. “Ron, please stick with your trademark saying of ‘booyah’.” “And, Kim and Ron, as guests to Australia Zoo, have volunteered to wear the khakis. Actually, me daughter, Bindi volunteered them,” Steve said. He laughed. “So, Bindi and Terri took them to the staff room and got them in khakis. And here they are!” Ron and Kim walked over to him. “I rather like this uniform. Normally our mission uniform is cameoflage-esque; black, olive green, and grey. But, the things we’re doing are way dangerous and we’re fighting bad guys,” Kim said. “But, we have the same mission. We want to save the world!” Kim’s voice rose higher with passion. “It’s what we do, and nobody’s gonna stop us!” The camera turned to Steve, who wiped his eyes. “This Sheila, wow. She’s got me choked up. I feel the same way,” Steve said. “I got kinda choked up saying it,” Kim said. “It’s our passion, Steve, and we’re proud to go around the world and make the world a better place.” “Yeah! Let’s get ‘em!” Steve said. “With that said, let’s go and save us some crocodiles,” Kim said. “So, where we be going?” Ron said. “We’ll be going into the bush of Queensland. We’re going to catch a few crocodiles and relocate them to Australia Zoo,” Steve said. “Me dad, Bob, and me best mate, Wes are going to go as well.” “So, who’s all going?” Kim said. “Me, mummy, and daddy!” Bindi said. “Crikey! She’s been doing this stuff since she was a baby!” Ron said. “Aye!” Steve said. “I love it,” Bindi said. “That’s my girl.” “Brian, my right hand man at Australia Zoo, as well as a few other scientific people are also going,” Steve said. “You can jump on crocs right, no problem, right, Kim?” “Daddy, she can do anything!” Bindi said. “I’ve wrestled sharks, tickled octopuses, and dealt with general bad guys. Trust me on this: I can handle it,” Kim said. “Let’s go!” Steve said. Steve, Wes, Bob, Brian, Ron, Terri, Bindi, Kim, and several scientific people who are members of Australia Zoo and understand crocodiles went on a helicopter or two and headed out into the bush of the state of Queensland in Australia. Little Bob was staying at Australia Zoo because he was two years old. As a group of about ten people plus about five members of a film crew headed out on a few choppers to the bush, Kim and Ron were on a chopper with Wes, a scientist or two, and a single cameraman who was recording some of the ride; the cameraman was trying to get Kim to talk. “I’m nearly eighteen, yes. I just recently met the Irwins, but I’ve known about them since I was eight or so. He’s a brilliant guy. I hope that family continues doing their thing; they’re saving great animals,” Kim said. “Are you done trying to get me to talk?” Kim looked out of the chopper in awe. “This is so beautiful.” On the ground, the group of people got into several boats with outboard motors. Steve, Terri, Bindi, Kim, Ron, and a cameraman got into the main boat and began to drive via the boats through a river system. “We’re going down this river system to catch a crocodile and relocate it to Australia Zoo. Now I’ve got a crack team of me family and the experts of their fields. So, maybe we’ll find something. I have a feeling we will,” Steve said. End of Part 2. |
