Notes of The Microchipped Chat.
*6 pages handwritten, approximately 2 pages typed in Word Perfect 10, Times New Roman, font 12 *867 words *22 minutes to type out *Is the 257th Kim Possible fanfic that I have created since September 26th, 2003. *The 7th fic of 2007. *16th fic in the 9th notebook I've used since the beginning. *The 27th fic since the beginning of my 4th year of writing these fics (Sept 1st). *27th fic this school year. *3th fic of this month. *Special thanks to Lord Montezuma. One night we were talking about what would happen if Ron found out about himself being microchipped and he was like, "Why don't you write a fanfic about it?" And I did! Yay! Thanks Lord M! *I finished it while watching Alien. Haha! *Kim: "Oh, well, you see, Phil wants to give his best friend a great gift and he's kinda failing at that,"-- This is a reference to the Phil of the Future episode Nird-Day. Haha. It aired recently, and I wanted to make a reference to a show. *Ron: "How did Wade via the Kimmunicator find me last year when I was off doing Spring Break stuff and you were captured by Drakken when we were in Florida for Spring Break?"-- The Golden Years ref. Yay! I love that. *Narrator: Kim knew the answer, as Wade told her when she had written the mission report, about how he did it: using information taken from the microchip that was underneath Ron's skin. Ron never knew about it, but it had been three or four years since it had been put there.-- Assuming that they were 14 when they met Wade, yeah... works. And, I honestly believe that Kim is anal enough to write a written report for every single mission she's ever been on, in order to remember stuff, and have a memory of it, so when it comes to the time to write her memoirs she has stuff. Ron: "I asked Wade when he found me if I was like, microchipped or something and he was like, 'That's not important,' blowing it off and then I went to figure how to save your a la a pseudo rave. Good times,"-- I love that. "a la a pseudo rave!" It rocks. *I love how their argument grows and grows until the climax: "I DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE YOU!" *Narrator and Kim: Then came Kim's answer: "I DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE YOU!" Kim yelled in a way that took all her energy and her voice was passionate. Ron's face softened as Kim seemed to lose it. He gave her a hug, her face hiding in the folds of her shirt. He patted her head softly. She removed her face and wiped her eyes. They both sat down. When Kim spoke, her voice was soft and sedate. "Shortly after Wade joined the team, I made mention of how I was afraid something would happen to you, and said, 'It would be better if I had Ron microchipped,' and Wade got all thoughtful and then a while later, about a year, in the first Bebe incident, and you were vying to be the Mad Dog Mascot, and you were captured by Drakken, I asked Wade if he could find you, as you were missing, and he was like, 'Do you think I have him microchipped?' I thought for a moment and then asked, 'Well, do you?' And he said that he did, and then we were able to find you," Kim said. "Wade used it once in Florida and then during the Bad Boy Incident... I asked Wade to keep an eye on you because I was worried about you."-- Kim basically tells the whole story (of what the fans know) with some extra info by me. I'm sure that's how it happened. Kim said something like it, Wade did it, and then she finds out in Attack of the Killer Bebes, Wade uses it again in The Golden Years, and then they employ it again in Bad Boy. I love how Ron hugs her and I'm like, "she lost it" I do stuff liek that. *Kim: "I don't want to lose you, Ron. The field we're in makes me aware of my mortality. Look at Steve Irwin," Kim said, she looked at Ron and sighed. "The microchip up until before the Bad Boy Incident worked only with a city, county, or state, in general. But, it didn't work during the Christmas in the Arctic Incident. Which really... it freaked me out because I... thought I lost you."-- In an earlier fic, a few months ago, there's a line that Kim felt aware of her mortality when writing condolences for Steve Irwin. I made a ref to Steve because, well.. the dude basically did the same thing as Kim did, only a bit different. And, assuming from some of the events in the show, such as A Very Possible Christmas, that the microchip like the Cupid Ray from The Cupid Effect is short range. *I love how they end up making out. :D |
