*FANFIC* Kim Possible: Mary's Secret Part 2*FANFIC*

Upon getting home, Mary spent the rest of the day in her room, moping. She ate dinner in silence with the family.

Late at night. Kim and Ron were lying in bed. Kim was wide awake and lying there staring at the ceiling. Ron was lying next to her, sleeping on his side. “Kim, if you don’t go to sleep, I’m going to put that pillow on your head,” Ron said drowsily. “What’s wrong?”

“I’m worried about Mary. She’s quiet. She looks withdrawn, distracted, depressed, stressed,” Kim said.

“She’s a teenager. She’s working on school, studying, SATs, and all of that tough stuff,” Ron said sleepily. “She’s probably worried about school.”

“Maybe she’s pregnant,” Kim fretted.

“Mary would not be pregnant. She is the most reserved of all our children.” Ron replied.

“What’s wrong with her then,” Kim asked.

Ron sighed. “Ask her,” Ron replied as if it was obvious.

“I’ve tried. She keeps saying fine!” Kim said.

“Well, Will and Christy are coming in tomorrow. Christy’s a detective. Will knows how to hack. If they can’t figure it out, then I don’t know,” Ron said.

“Fine, you’re the one who puts it up to Christy and Will, then,” Kim said. “I hope Christy scolds you for pulling the stuff you pulled when she was Mary’s age.”

“You’re wrong,” Ron replied as he went to sleep. “You’ll put it up to the kids; Christy will scold you.”

In the next day, the early morning was normal, Mary was quiet and went to school with her brother. Kim and Ron awaited their eldest children coming. About noon, Christy and Will arrived.

“Hey, mom, dad!” Christy said. Kim hugged her daughter and kissed her cheek. Both parents turned to Will and hugged him.

“Dad, mom,” Will said.

Kim and Christy walked together into the kitchen with Ron and Will following. “You want anything to eat or drink?” Kim asked.

“How about a beer?” Christy said jokingly.

Kim laughed and set down soda and a bag of pretzels on the table.

“So, how is everything here?” Christy asked. Kim and Ron shared a look. Christy immediately got nervous. “What’s going on?”

“Well, all is seemingly okay, but…” Kim said.

“Kim is noticing that Mary is kind of withdrawn and like depressed looking,” Ron said.

Both Will and Christy listened. “Why?”

“We don’t know. She won’t say anything. She hardly eats. It’s like she’s out of it,” Kim said.

“Boys? School?” Christy asked.

“She won’t say. And Rufus and Destiny are probably on some code of honor. They wouldn’t say anything.”

“I bet you miss the days when we were so open and honest with you,” Will asked.

“So much.”

“So, what do you guys want us to do?”

At the same time, pointing at each other, Kim and Ron said over each other, “Ron wants you to use your skills to find out.”

“Kim wants you to use you skills to find out.”

“You want use to detective-ize and hack to find out?” Christy said.

“Well, talk to her. Talk to her friends. I just wanna know what’s wrong?” Kim said.

“Okay, okay,” Christy said. “I’ll help if Will helps.”

“But, of course,” Will said with a slight British accent. “You forget the huge age diff between us and them makes us practically like second parents.”

“Then how come I don’t have grandchildren?” Kim said softly.

No one answered her, as Ron gave them a look to not answer.

A few hours later, Rufus came into the house first through the living room front door. Christy and Will were sitting on the couch and as if it was nothing out of the ordinary, Christy said, “Hey, Rufus. Where’s your sister?”

“Oh, she’s in the car with Caroline, Jade, and Destiny. They’re bugging her,” Rufus said.

“Come sit down.” Christy said. She scooted to the left and let him sit in between her and Will. They both gave him a hug.

“Where’s Mom and Dad?” Rufus said.

“At work. Doing some G.J. stuff. And why are Caroline, Jade, and Destiny bugging your sister? I understand she’s a bit out of it?”

“She’s been like terribly quiet and withdrawn. Christy brought it up in the car ride and Mary got upset,” Rufus said. “I guess everyone is noticing and she doesn’t like it.”

The front door opened and Mary walked in shouting, “Look! I’m fine! Just quit it!” Then she ran up the stairs, not even noticing Will and Christy. There was a slam when the door to her room closed.

Christy watched as Destiny, Jade, and Caroline came into the house nervously. Destiny was the daughter of Christy and Will’s godparents: Kim’s cousin and her husband, Ashley and Ian. She had dirty blond hair and hazel eyes for the time of year. Christy motioned for them to come towards her.

“Hi, Christy, Will!” Destiny said. She hugged them.

“Hi,” Christy said curtly. The two other girls came up to her and stood there.

“Caroline and Jade,” Rufus said pointing at each girl in turn.

Christy whispered, “Caroline, what’s going on with her?”

“That’s what I wanna know!” Destiny said.

“Desti, I love you, but go home. If you know something, you would be a big help. If not, go home,” Christy said.

“Okay, bye!” She skipped out of the house.

“Caroline, Jade, what’s going on?” Christy asked. “Her mother is worried about her. I’m worried about her.”

“We’re worried about her, too, so please don’t think we’re not worried,” Caroline said.

“I’m not saying that,” Christy said.

There was a quick on a phone. Christy pulled it out of her pocket, handed it to Will and told him to answer it. He stood up, walking to the other side of the living room.

A few minutes later, Will sat down next to Christy again. “Who was it?” she asked.

“Mom. They’ll be home soon. I told her about Mary,” Will said.

“I guess we’ll talk to you and Mary’s parents. We’re both pretty worried about Mary. That’s why we came with her. We just want to find out what’s up. We want to talk to her,” Caroline said.

The front door opened about ten minutes later with Kim in front and following was Ron. “So, what’s going on?” Kim asked.

“Mary’s up in her room. I don’t think she’s gonna come out,” Christy said. “But, Caroline and Jade are here and willing to talk, so let’s go into the kitchen to talk.”

“That’s good,” Kim said. She nodded to the kitchen and everyone went into the kitchen.
