My Old Middle School, Pirates, and So The Drama. Isn't that a cool title for an entry?
Ahoy, mateys! How be you? I'm doing pretty good today, a little high-strung ish. So, yeah, I got up the courage to fill out the application for Hollywood Video online, and sent it to them that way. I then sent via snail-mail applications to Half Price Books and Barnes and Noble. I'll give them a week or so to respond to me. I really wanna work at Hollywood Video. It's close to home, I've been going there for about 4 years to rent movies (starting with Dogma, yo). I love that place. Plus, I like movies. So, I'm trying to read Harry Potter. I'm midway through book 1. Which is funny because I don't need to read that book. I know it pretty much by heart. Like some Kim episodes. I got some news in relation to South Park Middle School. Never thought I'd ever mention my old middle school, eh? Hah. Well, the school just celebrated it's 50th anniversary or whatever they call it when schools turn 50 years old. Well, they honoured my Theatre Arts teacher there, Mr. Ronald Reumuth. He taught Theatre Arts 7th and 8th grade and Speech in 8th grade. He taught me for about 2 years. I adored him. They named the GYM after him. WTF? If you're gonna honor a man who worked there for 44 of the 50 years the school has been there do something more... appropriate. I doubt he even stepped foot in the gym! He left South Park in my Sophomore year of high school, which was 2003/2004, so I would assume that he wasn't there the first two years? I dunno. So, I'm waiting for all the things I ordered, which prolly won't be here until later this week. So, right now I'm in this... chocolate withdrawal. I NEED chocolate so bad. I want it. It's taunting me. And none of the gourmet chocolate selling places allow you to pay by paypal (of course, i think the same goes with sex toys.) So, I'm kinda screwed. At least my grandma gave me the rest of the chocolate she got from my Aunt Karen for Mother's Day. Though, She's not my aunt, technically. Though, she was married to my uncle Leroy. God, I have to admit that I miss him and his death still hurts. I think what was most traumatic is that he died without his beard. That was one of those things that you know that... makes life makes sense. Kim and Ron belong together, Star Wars is brilliant, I'm short, and my uncle had a beard. There. So, last night, I figured I might as well watch Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. I love that movie. Town Clerk: Jack Sparrow. Will Turner: Where's Elizabeth? I love that movie. It's awesome. Keira is so beautiful. Oh, Lordy. I look forward to the 2nd film. Booyah. Kim Possible: So The Drama is gonna be on tonight. There's some type of friends week thing for the movies and I feel honoured they chose S T D. I like that they still use the same promos they used 2 years ago. Haha. It's funny because everyone knows what happens. LOL. Everytime I watch the movie, I feel I have to say thank you for season 4. Because it was this movie that made me fight for season 4. Word of the day: peremptory Hakuna Matata. The AW/AB Countdown to Kim Possible Season 4 episode 'Mathter and Fervent': 26 days, 4 hours, 35 minutes!! |
