Fall Started, Hate my Net Connection, and other stuff
4:23 p.m. on September 23, 2007

Afternoon, mates and whatnot. How are you? I'm all right.

I'm shocked to realize that today is the first day of Fall/Autumn/whatever you wanna call this season. I'm like, "NOOOO! I like summer even though I hate how hot it is here!" But, alas, at least it'll be slightly cooler. And I am glad for that.

So, this week, I'll be able to complete my current tshirt rotation. All the shirts I bought last month will finish being worn for the first time and next month it'll start over again. Should be fun. LOL.

Yes, indeed, I did a second page of quizzes yesterday. I was crazy bored and whatnot.

*sigh* My stupid Net Connection even though it is broadband is annoying. It went down twice for more than hour this afternoon. I mean, really, the only reason I own a computer is to use the Internet, listen to music, and to type up word documents. That's it, really. And, I have to have the Internet on if I'm using it. What's the point of using a computer without the 'Net? I mean, really.

Guess what is available online at their channel's website? No, not Kim Possible. We all knew that back in February. No, no. Meerkat Manor. I love that show. I had missed a few of the most recent episodes, so I watched yesterday. I do love that show. Meerkats and Meerkat society amuse me. Plus, it's addicting. I have to see next week's episode, even though I know what happens. Apparently Flower dies of a snake bite. I freaking love her. She's so bad ass. I have to see that episode because I need to see it. Plus, I'm a fan of the show. I mean, dude, those Meerkats are crazy cool! I just hope I don't cry. Oh, please... that's a given.

I realized I never really showed photos of the items I always have with me when I create a diary entry. So, here we go:

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

This is the paper I use as so I can remember what to talk about in an entry. Depending on how many lines I use, this lasts 2 weeks to a month.

This is the booklet I've been using for the word of the day SINCE the diary was less than a month old. Seriously, I started using that on February 22, 2002.

And this is the entire family of quote books. The red one starts off with some Osbourne family show quotes and lasted until... mid 2003 ish with Dogma quotes. The white one was in use for the majority of the diary's current run from the beginning of August or so 2003 till July 15, 2007. And, the one on the end is the one in current use. I figure it'll last about 2 years.

I caught some of the Girls Next Door today and yesterday. Everytime I watch it, I'm like... omg, good God. Hugh Hefner is my grandmother's age and he's with three women who are in their mid 20s. Okay, he's like almost 4 times their age! And the girls, they don't really care for him. They just want his money. Okay, actually Kendra is 22, Holly is 27, and Bridget is 33. But, seriously?! Kendra's 3 years my senior, and dating a man who's old enough to be her grandfather! That's sickening and immoral. Ugh.

I'm pretty excited about my birthday next month and I've got plans brewing for it. The entry to come practically has the same epic-ness as my 5 year anniversary entries. And for God's Sake, I started working on that almost a year before it actually happened. Haha. I've got plans for the entry, and I figure I should start now so I can be pretty organized when it happens.

I watched Airplane! last night with the trivia track on. OMG. Did you know if that movie was filmed today in LAX there would be like... 10 Starbucks cafes? Dude! Starbucks scares me! Next thing you know they'll join up with McDonalds and/or Walmart and take over the world. I mean, Walmarts already have Mickey D's in them. We have a Starbucks in our Barnes and Noble, plus one about a stone's throw from Krispy Kreme. That's just flippin' insane.

Thought/Quote of the day: "Kim had already set the cake up and both twins were eyeing the cake happily."-- Narration, Kim Possible: Twin's First Birthday by myself, December 2006
