fun class day and October has started!
2:51 p.m. on October 01, 2007

Good afternoon, readers! How are you all doing? I'm doing pretty good.

Happy Beginning of October! Whoo! I do enjoy October a bunch.

Economics. We all sat outside of the room until 9:15 whilst we waited for the person using that room at that time to get out. It was really random. We completed chapter 7 and will go onto to chapter 8 on Wednesday. Yayness.

French. That was fun. Chantal, one of my classmates brought her daughter to class. That little girl was so cute. We finished up chapter three with the whole aller and venir word, and went on to chapter 4, which is like family ties and whatnot. The one word I did know was grand-père, because it was in the absolutely wonderful (and completely fictional) book, The Da Vinci Code. I do wish that it was true, because at least it gives the Catholics something real to get upset about. But, I mean, really, how would that threaten your religion? You gonna think differently of Christ if he had a wife and kids? I mean, if that's true, then I really am glad I left the church. I mean, it shouldn't matter whether he had sex or had a wife and/or children, what should matter is what he did whilst he was on Earth. But, that's off topic.

Enviro Science. We turned in our lab reports. Mine was about 10 or 11 pages. It's really good. I guess. I mean, how much could I talk about with plants? So, we started our next lab, which was in relation to soil. We walked a huge distance, through the grass, passed the field house, and then by the whole Baseball and Softball fields and then to this remote area on the Hike and Bike Trail. Indeed and then we collected samples of the soil. One was sand and one was a mud like soil. Ew.

Here's a little map from the campus's website of Ward Island and where we went: Click here.

I love that the campus of TAMUCC is an island. It's so nice. Wild animals are there. I've seen feral cats and fiddler crabs and the occasional squirrel.

So, yeah, I watched more of South Park. One of the episodes, I still remember to this day the first time I saw it. It was the one that came out just after 9/11 and had Osama Bin Laden in it and it was craziness. Haha. I love that episode. I so want to get the series on DVD. But after Scrubs. And Meerkat Manor. Haha. I can't believe that show is about to start it's 11th season.
