Cartoon Wars, collageing
Hey readers! How are you all doing? I am doing pretty well. Well, the countdown is on. Five more days until the diary turns 6. Which isn't as important as five but I'm still celebrating with something or other. Yesterday, I spent most of my afternoon playing around with MS Paint, MS Digital Image Editor, Google Images, and html. I searched for images for my main picture and my little smaller picture on the sidebar. I got them all. And, I spent some time uploading pictures to photobucket, copying them, and then pasting them and putting them all nicely together in a collage... after I editted them to make them smaller and cropping them if they were too big. A few hours into this I noticed my final product was two hundred pixels smaller than the main picture we have now, so I found a big picture online and I win. I may edit it some more until the 25th. And, then after that, I went on AIM, and talked to Meredith to get some advise on the design of it. And we got somewhere. And it looks like I have the design and colors all ready for the birthday. And I did it all by myself. Yay! I was so proud of myself. I told myself I would do some studying today, but I haven't gotten around to it. I will, I just... am lazy? Haha. Anyways. I had lots of fun. I've got the html in a word doc on my desktop ready to go, I just need to upload the stuff to my photobucket account but I haven't yet, because I have it public. Or something. Friday it'll be up. So, has anyone heard about the new iTunes thing? Movie renting. You rent movies for about 3 or 4 dollars. Watch it within 24 hours and then you get to keep it for 30 days after which it is taken off your account. It sounds cool. I might do that with the Simpsons movie. and then buy it if I like the movie. right? Yesterday I randomly watched the RS.net Thank You Vid from months ago, and of course, I cried like a baby. And I mourned the series all over again. And then I watched Cartoon Wars to feel better and I laughed and all was merry! Thought/Quote of the day: "Only with you, Kim. You make it sound poetic."-- Ron Stoppable, Kim Possible: Their First Valentine's Day by myself, February 2007 Word of the day: jerkin Hakuna Matata. |
