eBay is kewl, and a Bush quote!
Hey, readers! How are you all doing today? I am doing well. So, today has a Bush quote, so I shall do that first. "I've been to war. I've raised twins. If I had a choice, I'd rather go to war." -- Charleston, West Virginia, January 27, 2002. So, I've read a bit of my textbooks. I finished reading Tartuffe in the evening. Good play. I'll read The Odyssey later on. So, anyways, yeah, I lost that auction I was bidding on on eBay. At last seconds. But, alas, after I mourned a bit, I got over it and decided to go to the Buy It Now route. So, I bought The Lion King 1 1/2 on DVD for $9.99! It ships tomorrow! Yay! One down. After I get my Electronic Funds Transfer via PayPal... transferred, I'll get the rest of the movies. Sure, with the Buy It Now route the movies are more expensive. But, who cares, right? I'm just happy that I now am going to be able to easily get The Lion King trilogy on DVD. I mean, for some reason, it is really important to me. Mainly because The Lion King is an important film for me. And, like I said, my VHS to DVD conversion will be done with that one. I mean, I'm here on eBay being like, "I can't believe people would sell these movies!" But I'm glad, because that means, their loss is my gain! YAY! I also found a lot of really cool South Park items that I might buy. I'll let you know how that develops too. LOL. This is funny. So somebody left the front yard water faucet running over in the front garden and the water has made this area of my room (the area closest to that wall) all wet... well the floor. I have towels on the carpeting and a big ass box fan on trying to dry it. And, usually I get upset about that kind of thing. But I'm not upset. I'm more amused. Thought/Quote of the day: "His body was so warm and soft to her. He held her close, never wanting to let her go."-- Narration, Kim Possible: Their First Valentine's Day by myself, February 2007 Word of the day: scabbard Hakuna Matata. |
