Dalmations, South Park thoughts, and more
Hey folks! How are you all doing? I'm doing okay. It's a good Wednesday. This was my project of the morning. I made a chocolate cake with chocolate icing on top. I made it all by meself. I mixed it, I put all the ingredients, and baked it. Not by scratch. Cake mix. Yay! It is so awesome. My grandma even said so, and she gives compliments like never. Yesterday, so, this DVD arrived from Disney Movie Club: 101 Dalmations, the 1961 animated version. I mean, like, this is a limited time opp. I want to have the movie on DVD. It is such a touching movie and totally awesome. I figured I might as well buy it. I mean, I loved the movie as a child, and I had it on VHS, so, yeah. Plus, that movie is notable in that, Cruella De Vil is one of my most hated villains and characters. Some villains I enjoy like Dr. Drakken and Azrael and Cartman, but her, I HATE her as much as possible. I mean, yes, Cartman has done just as worse, but she wanted to kill 99 puppies so she could have a fuckin' fur coat. She is just like Cartman, but worse. Her name is DEVIL. Even Perdita called her "that devil woman!" Cruella is pure evil and a total sociopath. So, I went to South Park Studios website earlier (like 10 minutes to beginning this entry), and they changed it up. They even have the first 11 seasons online to watch. Of course, it's with commericals and shit like that. I personally think I'll stick with the websites that offer the episodes free with no commericals. At least right now. So, I sent off a personal check off for a copy of Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I liked that movie, and it would be nice to have it on DVD. So, I watched Tonsil Trouble last night, right? And, I noticed this. When the emcee says "These two lovers" referring to Kyle and Cartman, Kyle has a facial reaction, he looks grossed out. Cartman has a short shocked reaction, and then he looks at Kyle and has a look on his face that basically said to me... a Kyle/Cartman shipper that my theory is most likely correct. Cartman wants to hit that. ;) If you know what I mean. I also noticed something. In a lot of episodes prior to Tonsil Trouble, Cartman makes a reference to wanting to give Kyle AIDS. Like Red Man's Greed and Cartman Joins NAMBLA and a few other episodes. "You have AIDS?!" "I gave you AIDS, you lose [number] turns and [number points." "Let's give Kyle AIDS and then..." And Cartman got his wish, even for a few days in Tonsil Trouble. Haha. So, last night I watched the Imaginationland trilogy, because I felt like it. I totally teared up and cried during Kyle's speech. That's number 1 on my favorite Kyle speech, following this, his speech in Cartoon Wars, his speech in Cartmanland about his faith in God, and I'm sure there are more. I love watching it because it's rather touching to see Cartman's reaction when Kyle is dead. I mean, he has tears in his eyes. I think on some level Cartman cares. This morning I read some chapters of my textbooks, mainly my civ and Lifespan books. I plan to read Ibsen's Ghost this weekend for my Civ class and then start Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. So, yeah, right now I'm chilling out, watching South Park. I was watching season 7, now season 9. I love Die Hippie Die. Too funny. So, tonight is Britney's New Look, good times. I so look forward to it. Boo fuckin yah!
