Happy Memorial Day folks! How are you? I am doing well.

First, let us remember all the men who fought in the name of the United States. Thank You. We shall never forget this...

Anyways, also, according to canonical sources and other folks, today would be one of my favorite fictional characters' birthdays: Mr. Kyle "Gay Speeches" Broflovski. Now, what age he is subject to debate. If we go by age on the show: he is 10. If we go by how long the show has been on, he is 11. However, if we go by the "age at the beginning" story, he is 19. Whoo! Happy Birthday cute little kid!

Anyways. Yeah, I may watch Imaginationland and this is why:

I saw Prince Caspian today. We went for an 11:30 showing (the first one of the day!), and we got out just after 2. Great movie. I enjoyed it. Not as amazing as the first one, but I still loved it. I loved all the references to the first movie. That was really nice. I highly recommend seeing it. And, we all know why... because I love that kind of stuff. And 10% because it reminded me of Imaginationland. I wanted to bitch that Lucy (who's like 9 ish in the movie) didn't get to fight at all in the movie. They left her in the temple place they used as a headquarters (which had the table thing that Aslan was killed at from the first movie in the middle of it), and then let her go into the forest. But then I remember in Imaginationland. None of the boys fought in that battle. Butters was in a bubble giving stuff to Jesus and Popeye. And Stan was with Aslan and Wonder Woman. And Kyle and Cartman didn't come until they were destroyed by the nuke. I love that story.

Anyways, yeah.

So, we went to the barbeque yesterday. Food, fun, and my cousins. Oh, and stealing corn.

That's like across the street from my aunt's house. I'm so seriously.

Casey, Codi, and Dustin and I had so much fun in the pool. Casey actually was able to carry me on his back. LOL. And Dustin... fell asleep:

I'm the hand in the third picture. LOL. Little kids asleep is always fun. I would so do that if it was the SP kids. Also. I called Dustin Cartman. Haha.

While we went over to my aunt's house, I read Deathly Hallows. And my the time I went to bed about midnight: I was more than 200 pages in. Yep! And, while I was reading this wonderful book, I came to the conclusion and I am sure that this will work out as such: I will probably never ever feel the same way about any other book series. As Kyle said in Imaginationland Episode 3: "They've changed my life, changed the way I act on the Earth." I mean, I may never find another book series that will affect me the same way as Harry did. And, honestly: I am okay with it.

Though, looking back on it. I said the same thing about Kim Possible. Something about, if I lived 30 more years and if 30 years from now I hadn't found a show like that that had an affect on me, I'd not be surprised and be okay with it. And that was South Park. Oddly enough. But, whatever. It's really funny though...

ALL THROUGH LAST YEAR... FROM like... February until KP's end, I kept talking about how much Harry Potter and KP had an affect on my life and changed and then a little redheaded Jewish boy comes in a three part story arc and KNOCKS it out of the park:

It's all real. Think about it. Haven't Luke Skywalker and Santa Claus affected your lives more than most real people in this room? I mean, whether Jesus is real or not, he... he's had a bigger impact on the world than any of us have. And the same could be said of Bugs Bunny and, a-and Superman and Harry Potter. They've changed my life, changed the way I act on the Earth. Doesn't that make them kind of "real." They might be imaginary, but, but they're more important than most of us here. And they're all gonna be around long after we're dead. So in a way, those things are more realer than any of us.

Also, I quoted the Jesus part in the middle of a religion discussion at my aunt's bbq yesterday. :)

Anyways. Have a lovely day.
