It's Official: I Ship Tom Hanks/Stephen Colbert
1:00 p.m. on July 03, 2009

Hello! How are you all doing? I am doing okay.

I caught the ending of Star Wars on Spike TV, and realised I ship Han and Luke. And Jay and Kay from Men In Black 2. Yeah, I watched that movie last night. Michael Jackson made an appearance in that movie. And so did Martha Stewart. I like that MJ wants to be part of MIB. I like that it’s hinted that Laura was Kay’s daughter. He does call her baby in this fatherly way at some point. I feel that he is. Sure it doesn’t compete with the first Men In Black, but it does have Will Smith in it.

The Daily Show and Colbert Report had their last episode until 13 July. They typically have one week off every couple of months. Which is understandable. And I’m cool. You can actually kind of chart that on the timeline thingy TDS has on their website. Anyways. BEST PART OF COLBERT REPORT was the kiss between Colbert and Tom Hanks. YES. I actually yelled aloud YES and raised my hands in an exuberant fashion. Enjoy.

So, right now, I'm suffering through my monthly visitor. Yaay. My monthly visitor is fucking like clockwork. Every 30 days, at the correct time. A+ Body.

At least we've had some good rain this morning. Which is probably all we'll get until Fall. I hate south Texas.

I read about 2-3 chapters of Half-Blood Prince last night. I got caught up. When Blaise Zabini, a black Slytherin Pureblood popped in... I started being thoughtful. Mostly due to the fact Slytherins are similar to Nazis. And, I would assume that if you're bigoted towards one group, you would be bigoted towards more. There's a lot of things that are unknown within the Wizarding World. I mean, yeah, it is somewhat similar to the Muggle World. They do have cars and the Men in Black -- Aurors. Yes. When I think of Aurors, I think of the Men in Black. I do wonder about some aspects of the Wizarding World. I mean, their race issues are mostly the whole pure-blood, half-blood, muggle-born thing, but is there ANY white vs. black strain in that world? It seems that the white, black, Asian-Indian, and etc kind of get along. Though the only Asian people I can think of are the Patil sisters and Cho Chang. But then again, in Half-Blood Prince there's considerable strain between Fleur Delacour the French girl and every non-Bill Weasley member of the Weasley family including Hermione and excluding Ron, the British. Damn.

This just made me realise something. I AM SO GLAD that I didn't get into Facebook and Twitter until this year, because I have a feeling that Harry Potter would be spoiled by those sites.

Anyways, yeah, random go off about Harry Potter race relations. I do wonder if like England and America of long-ago, they had slaves. Somehow I doubt it. But, I'm sure Rowling would cover it if she felt like it. Like with her super special encyclopedia I've been waiting for for about 2 years now. I must have this. I want it. It has to be like 3000 pages long. I mean, there are things I'm curious about. Like, what do girls use for their periods in the Wizarding World?

I think I'll go stick my nose into this book more and maybe read the TV Tropes relating to Britain.

Comedy Central has a shitload of comedians on today. It's just that. That's it. Comedians all day through this weekend. No wonder I have this weird Holiday Feeling. Yay. Of course my only plans for ID4 is what I always do: watch Independence Day.

Here's how old the writing in my quote book is. Favourite is spelled favorite. Back in the day when I spelled it American English. Now I'm so used to it that I do it without thinking.

Thought/Quote of the day: "I will not give up my favourite decoration. I like Captain Solo where he is."
